About Tanner Kirkpatrick

Successful entrepreneur who has experience in multiple industries. Started his career as a Physicist and Weapon Systems Engineer before becoming a Professional Real Estate Wholesaler and one of the top investment sales agents in the city of Philadelphia. Later, ventured into short-term rental investing, where he is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of KLP Investments, a multi-facetted real estate investment company with a focus on high cash-flow producing assets, primarily short-term and vacation rentals.

Also, co-founded the Kirkpatrick Team based in Philadelphia PA, which is a real estate team under Lime House Realty. This team focuses on helping investors, landlords, and homeowners buy and sell homes in the Greater Philadelphia & Central PA markets, all while operating at a 4.5% base commission.
